For migration agencies and freelancers

Preflight client CSVs before Shopify, HubSpot, or feed cleanup work.

Use CSV Import Fixer as a quick browser-side checkpoint before you retry a client import, hand back a cleanup report, or quote a manual CSV repair pass.

Copy a short client-safe CSV test plan.

Shopify product imports

Check Image Src, option columns, duplicate SKUs, handles, price fields, product weights, and Merchant Center identifiers before another import attempt.

HubSpot contact imports

Review duplicate contacts, invalid emails, missing fields, lifecycle stage warnings, blocked rows, and mapping gaps before client CRM data enters HubSpot.

Feed cleanup

Separate CSV identifier problems from feed-app problems by checking GTIN, MPN, barcode, Custom Product, condition, and Google Product Category fields.

Why this is useful for service work

Most small CSV cleanup jobs do not need a full app install or API access first. A local preflight can show the client which rows are safe, which rows need review, and which fields should be fixed before you spend time importing again.

Outputs to send back

Download Issues CSV, field mapping, review rows, blocked rows, batch summary, and a markdown report so the cleanup scope is concrete.

Privacy boundary

The checker runs in the browser. It does not upload CSVs, connect to Shopify, connect to HubSpot, or ask for store credentials.

Validation goal

If this saves time in repeated migration work, the next step is a small manual cleanup service, not a complex platform integration.

Run one non-sensitive test first

Use a sanitized export or the sample file. Check whether the Issues CSV and field mapping output match the problems you normally fix manually.
